What We Believe at Fellowship UMC
Our beliefs reflect who we are as a church family—grounded in Christ’s love, committed to unity, and passionate about sharing God’s grace with our community and the world.
Our beliefs reflect who we are as a church family—grounded in Christ’s love, committed to unity, and passionate about sharing God’s grace with our community and the world.
At Fellowship UMC, we are a family rooted in Christ’s love, committed to creating a place where everyone belongs and is accepted. We passionately share the warmth of Christ’s love through meaningful outreach, embracing a renewed spirit in our traditional United Methodist worship, and fostering unity for all seeking a welcoming and genuine church home.
Our vision is to engage in meaningful outreach, demonstrating love and compassion within our church family and the broader community.
We see a future where our commitment to worship is not just a practice but a living expression of renewal and unity.
We strive to create an inviting space for all to explore and deepen their faith journey together.

Peace and blessings! I am honored and excited to be here at Fellowship United Methodist Church. I have been in ministry for twelve years, and it has been an amazing and joyful journey.
I hold a Master of Divinity from Memphis Theological Seminary and a Master of Arts in English from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Currently, I am working toward a Doctor of Ministry through Candler School of Theology at Emory University.
I have been blessed to serve in various pastoral roles, though my first passion lies in preaching and teaching the Word of God, fostering meaningful worship, and equipping the Church to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
Before entering ministry, I worked in universities, colleges, and high schools helping students prepare for meaningful careers. At some point, I followed my own advice, left that field, and stepped into full-time ministry — the best decision I ever made!
Fellowship UMC is a community of believers focused on faith, fellowship, and family. Our worship follows a traditional liturgy, celebrating the hymns of our faith — but our meeting time is anything but traditional. We gather Sundays at 3:00 PM at Heritage Church in Madison, giving you space to rest, enjoy your day, and still worship with intention.
We offer small groups, serve actively in our community, and strive to love God and neighbor in tangible ways. I would love the opportunity to talk with you about how you can connect or how we can support you in your faith journey.
Outside of ministry, I enjoy time with family and friends, exploring yard sales and flea markets, crafting “junk journals,” listening to singer-songwriters like James Taylor and the Indigo Girls, walking outdoors with my dog, and balancing it all with a good nap on the couch with my cat.
I invite you to join us at Fellowship UMC as we worship God, love one another, and serve our community. Please let me know how I can help you connect with our wonderful group.
May the peace of Christ be with you,
Rev. Holly Woodall
